If You Aren't Ready,Stay Out of the Kitchen
I strongly believe that if you are not ready to get dirty while working in the kitchen, not ready to wash all the things you used after cooking or baking, not ready to give up wearing nail polish and make-up and most of all not ready to wake up as early as dawn to make" freshly baked" breads everyday in your bakery and mostly not at all have the passion for food, please think things twice if you are not ready for the tight competition in this field.
